What has the following mosaic and it inclusion of Razor 1911 (demo-scene only content) have anything to do with a Chapel?

Well, its a long story, but ..  lets just say defense pointed to NMS (Nirvana Music System) and the NSA and NASA (whatever to make of that?)

And as it built, so did the mosaic.
